Kavita joined Albion in 2025 as a Compliance Analyst, where she supports the firm’s efforts to meet regulatory requirements.

Before joining Albion, she worked as a Risk and Regulatory Consultant, advising financial services firms on how to manage regulatory change, strengthen compliance processes, and address key risk issues.

Kavita holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Reading.
