Overview
Lucia joined AlbionVC’s healthtech team after completing her MBA at INSEAD. She began her career with a First Class degree in Biotechnology from the University of Edinburgh, before spending nearly four years at Goldman Sachs on the trading floor in London.
She subsequently moved into early-stage investing and venture building, working across digital health and biotech before joining Albion.
Her focus is on AI-enabled clinical infrastructure, pharma solutions, and founders building at the intersection of deep science and real-world health systems.
Personal
Lucia grew up in Brussels and speaks English, French and Spanish fluently. Outside of work she is a long-distance runner, keen tennis player, and committed mountaineer – she climbed both Mount Rinjani and Kilimanjaro last year and is already eyeing the next summit.
