Overview
Cat focusses on fintech, security and productivity. Cat is particularly interested in software that is transforming big, legacy industries as well as tech solving core issues for society – most often by unlocking data or creating new business models to enable better, faster, healthier and fairer delivery of goods and services. Prior to joining AlbionVC in 2018, Cat worked in New York and London as an Investment Banker with Goldman Sachs.
Cat holds a degree in Economics from Harvard University, where she focussed on global economic development and behavioural economics.
Personal
Outside of work, Cat enjoys staying active and outdoors – specifically ultrarunning (having completed the Marathon des Sables), paragliding, hiking, skiing and off-roading in her defender, Trevor (and regularly camping in his roof tent!). She also enjoys bringing people together by hosting (extra large) dinner parties, paired with eclectic records and too many candles.
In business and in life, I value efficiency, positivity and above all empathy. As a result, I seek these traits in the founders I work with and do my best to deliver the same.
