Overview
Janie advises founders, C-level and functional leaders on people strategy, organisational design, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention. She has spent over 25 years working with organisations to support their leaders in attracting, engaging and retaining their people.
Janie’s experience spans from scaling the Google team from 200 to 1000 people, supporting the founder of Wonga through its growth and subsequent turnaround and, latterly, with the leadership team of Trainline through their journey to $2bn valuation at IPO. She has hired hundreds of leaders into tech companies, managed changing organisational structures, frameworks and cultures.
Janie is also a trained coach and licensed Emotional Intelligence Leadership coaching practitioner. She has coached extensively, providing Executive, Leadership and Career coaching to senior managers and leaders globally.
