Janie’s experience spans from scaling the Google team from 200 to 1000 people, supporting the founder of Wonga through its growth and subsequent turnaround and, latterly, with the leadership team of Trainline through their journey to $2bn valuation at IPO. She has hired hundreds of leaders into technology companies, managed changing organisational structures, frameworks and cultures.
