Overview

Julian advises founders, C-level and functional leads on go-to-market strategy, focusing on enterprise sales strategy, new territory planning, sales team formation/build, and pricing strategies.

Julian started out as an engineer before moving across roles in product, sales and leadership. He is a global technology specialist with extensive international and leadership experience in Board-level advisory and consultancy for start-up PE- and VC-backed technology businesses.

He acts as a Non-Executive, Board Advisor and Consultant, providing independent rigour and challenge across global business growth strategy, steering focus, building consensus and ensuring good corporate governance.

Julian has over 30 years’ experience in leadership roles for industry giants, including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce and Siebel. Having grown multi-million and multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, he has worked with several blue-chip clients across sectors.
