How it works
There is a minimum investment of £6,000 per investor, with a minimum investment of £2,000 per VCT.
Investors may claim tax incentives on up to £200,000 invested in new VCT shares per tax year, subject to individual circumstances.
Shares must be held for 5 years to receive the tax incentives.
Should a VCT reach full capacity, the default option is that investment will be spread equally across the remaining open VCTs.
It is important that investors read and fully understand the key risks involved before deciding to invest.
Investors who subscribe for the first £10m in cleared funds will benefit from the “Early Bird” discount.

What the gap compounds to
Enter the gross subscription, holding horizon and fees. Three scenarios are modelled against Albion’s current performance (7.39% p.a., best Albion VCT 5‑yr NAV TR): 50% better (11.08% p.a.) and 50% worse (3.69% p.a.), compounded on the net invested amount after fees.
Including the ~5% p.a. tax‑free dividends Albion targets, reinvested at NAV.
